I can’t tell you how much I’ve LOVED having Lazy Daisy’s join the Coxwell & Gerrard neighbourhood! LDC has been around for a year now and it’d be hard to imagine the ‘hood without Dawn and her crew, right?
For the 2nd year in a row, Lazy Daisy’s Cafe and Sara Desjardins Photography (me!) are joining up to bring you the Halloween Costume Contest. It was such a hit last year that I couldn’t wait to announce the 2012 event.
Our goal is to bring all of the parents and kids in the neighbourhood out to the Cafe just before the Trick-or-Treating begins.
Stop by to grab a tea, coffee or Daisy’s Spooktacular Halloween Cookie AND I’ll also be set up with all of my gear to take quick portraits of the ghosts, goblins and ghouls that walk through the doors.
Portraits will be shared on my Facebook Page (become a Fan here) shortly after Halloween and then the Voting begins! Everyone will have a chance to Vote for their favourite costume by ‘Liking’ their favourite image. The costumed-kid with the most Likes on their image will WIN a FREE Portrait Mini-Session with me…no costume needed for that one! (Grandma & Grampa are gonna LOVE this year’s Christmas gift!)
